Worst customer service

Had taken the connection in Feb, 2010 by paying 3 months advance amount.


Since the service was not good I applied for disconnection in March, 2010.


Till now I have raised 7 offical complaints for disconnection and for refund of my amount, but the responce from company has been the worst.


Raised first complaint in 1st week of march for slow connection, I was assured that someone from technical support will call me to solve it.


since no one contacted to resolve the 1st complaint, I called customer care again and raised this complaint on 13th March for "DISCONNECTION", I was informed that billing will be on prorate basis(charges only till 13th march). A person had called after this and assured that he will visit my place.


since no one turned up to take instrument for disconnection even after 3 weeks, I raised complaint again as escalation may be in April.


Till now I have raised 7 complaints , the latest on 6th september.


Still waiting for the issue to be closed. Please do not take any new connection from this company, you will be trapped.
