The worst unresponsive broadband service ever. They are very good at making false promises.
Customer Service - they sound sleepy. It sounds like they sleep more at office than at home. I hope they have CCTV’s installed in their offices to keep track of that. They sound very scared sometimes.
Next time if someone approaches to your for a connection by ABC Broadband, then please ask for a demo. Even if they give you a good demo, ask them to fix the connection and then make the payment. They are just money eating sharks. Don’t fall into their trap. Write some more reviews if you can.
