Hey Friends this is the day from when I realized that tik0na is the most worst company due to their irresponsible employess……………….

The matter was that I had subscribed for wibro unlimited service and their employee came to my place and installed the router and all that stuffff….. but after exactly 3 days its signal was out of the range and was showing the status router not installed properly.therefore I registered a complain and I was given assurance that within few days my problem will get solved….but it was just a fake assurance…

I waited for more than 10 days but the status was the same as before….

Every day I use to call to their toll free no they call it as call center….But believe me its just a name given as call center but nothing works as it should…

There were so many issues like

1)they responds to the customer calls with a very weard attitude..

2)they themselves disconnects the line when you are trying to explain your queries.

3)They Lie to their Head’s

This I came to know when I reached to their regional Head center And Over their I met with a person who was looking after similar type of issues..i was out of my patience as they were troubling me from many days….so what he told me was that they are having hazards from some of their competitors and he also agreed that their call centers process is too bad…

At that time I came to know that company is not running under the head but under the employess..and the top managers does not have any control over their employee

Therefore I terminated my service as I was suffered a lot by wasting time and energy….

Hence its my humble request and opinion that its better to be without internet rather than using service of such bad company……
