I strongly recommend not to go for ABC Broadband. It is only good so far it is working. The day you need supportyou are at the mercy of these people. No matter whom you contact or how many mails you drop to customercare, they remain inert. The only response you get is " we regret theinconvenience caused to you. We haveforwarded your request to concerned dept. They will look after it at the earliest." You keep reminding those guys and you get the same response and it hardly matters even if you contact the highest level officer there.I recommend not to go for ABC Broadband if you want peace of mind.
