I booked a ticket via AbhiBus for 11 July 2025 in Raj Kalpana Travels (Bus No: RJ18 PB 5677, PNR: RKT1715968).
During the journey, my shoes were stolen from inside the bus. There was CCTV, but no footage was checked. The driver gave no help at all.
What made it worse was the behavior of the staff at Kashmere Gate (Shop No. 7). They were extremely rude, careless, and behaved in a completely uneducated and unprofessional manner. Instead of helping, they spoke arrogantly and had no sense of responsibility.
I am deeply disappointed with the overall service and staff attitude. This is not just about lost propertyits about how passengers are treated when something goes wrong.
Im demanding compensation for the loss and inconvenience. If not resolved soon, I will escalate this legally and publicly.
