Difficulty in payment process

I recently booked the ticket on Abhibus.com from Bangalore to Hyderabad. I have entered the required details at the time of choosing the seats the portal got freezed and showing the home page and asking to Login again. Every time the same thing happening and when I have dinner with this issue.I am directed in to the payment portal there it took very long time to display the payment options. And after the payment it showed me the message as Oops Transaction failed, but the money is debited from my bank account.


When I closed the portal and booked the Seat in another portal called Redbus.in then I got the message from both the apps that You have successfully booked the seat.
