Faced very worst experience today due to service cancellation by Meghana Travels booked from Abhibus. I was in contact with Abhibus agents as the provided bus contact number is not reachable from hours before the boarding time. They are saying bus is active and some technical glitch in reaching contact number and I will get a call from bus people.
All of a sudden, I got cancellation message at 8:53 PM where as my boarding time is at 8:55 PM.
Very unprofessional, no proper response, fake reasons.
When contacted Abhibus, they are asking to book another bus, they don’t care about passenger situation.
The contact number is not at all reachable for calls. Even Abhibus agents are not able to contact this travels, not sure why they partner with such travels.
Overall, there is no use of booking tickets via Abhibus.
