Hi All, I would like to share a frustrating experience with AbhiBus. I had booked a travel ticket through my net banking with 3000/-. and due to some personal issue I canceled my ticket. but the refund amount is not crediting into debited bank with out intimation they transferring amount into abhicas account non promotional amount which can’t be used for any other transactions. they are cheating the customers by keeping into abhicash account.
and also money we have to use with in three months .other wise money will expiry shows zero balance shown in abhicash account.this they will not intimate through any mobile or Email Alerts. finally if we ask about alerts they will cheat and tell there is no rules to intimate to customers through alerts. and they will take completed refund amount.
worst customer care service.They don’t how to talk with customers also.
They will attract with good offers and cash back every thing is for cheating to customers. I suggest not to book any bus tickets in Abhibus.
