I had booked a confirmed ticket from Bangalore to Thirthahalli on AbhiBus at . Later, my ticket was cancelled without any valid reason, and I was told it’s because the fare increased to . This is completely unethicalonce a booking is confirmed, the price should not change.
They refunded the original amount, but now Im forced to rebook the same journey at more. As compensation, they offered a vague coupon code with "up to 25% off", which is not guaranteed and doesnt cover the loss I faced.
This experience shows a complete lack of customer responsibility. If companies like this cancel confirmed tickets just to make more money, how can customers trust them?
I do not recommend Abhi bus to anyone unless they fix this unfair practice and treat customers with the respect they deserve.
