They changed my bus without informing me

My bus time was 9:35 pm i got bus 11:15 pm

So this is Ridiculous and the bus driver is like Psycho i asked him can you stop for a minute for wash room wherever you can, he said you go in side

In bad manner i will never choose this bus again

The site is abhibus and the bus name is transz
