Abhibus

Highly non recommendable bus (Taniya Travels) and highly non recommendable website to book a bus ticket (Abhi bus) . I wish to give a huge negative rating.

I went with my family from Mumbai to Vadodra. We booked 4 seats saying that the bus would be good and at a cheaper rate than the others. Our bus was supposed to pick us up by 05:05 pm which it picked up around 6:10 pm. No bus tracking was available on the app as well as on the website as well the bus coordinator cut the call once when called for location inquiry, no ratings or stars available on the website to know the traveling conditions. After a long wait for the bus and seeing it’s condition, it was dusty from outside as well as inside. As we had booked the upper and lower berth at the last, our lower seat didn’t had door to close and when asked about the same, it was mentioned that while coming it was broken. There was no leg space if we had to sit upright outside like the other seat, an additional seat is added at the middle back which is totally of no use and causes discomfort. When asked to keep the luggage in the below luggage space, he mentioned that there’s no space and there was airport luggage kept down. The bus driver and coordinator were adding people without a ticket in the bus for side business where 2-3 people were travelling in 1/2 seats and their luggage was as well kept in the aisle leaving minimal/no space to walk and to get down or board the bus there were always 3-4 men standing at the door space causing discomfort for women. Additionally there was a hole below the window, no lights were working and only one curtain, the second curtain was missing, no charging point available. We regretted the entire journey to book this bus through this website just to save little money causing trouble for ourselves and our lives as the driver was driving very roughly and speedily and the back seat of the bus was so bouncy that the bus didn’t have shock absorbers at all. People were smoking in the bus itself making the bus stink even after refusing. At night more people boarded the bus and occupied the aisle and were seated and slept there itself causing uncomfortable to walk and after telling the coordinator about the space it was mentioned that they are not big people you can walk between them. They made us stand 15 mins prior before our destination so that they can accommodate the extra passenger. Not going to recommend anyone to travel through Taniya travels or book a bus through Abhi bus. As evidence I’ll add pictures of the same.
