Today i’m going to review about my experience with abhibus. I am using this from 3-4 years, first I was attracted by seeing cash back offers they provide. But slowly I came to know that they are cheating in the name of cash back offers.
They provide so many cash back offers, but when we want to book a bus next time, we can redeem only 40-50₹ at a time from the wallet. The remaining amount will be wasted and it gets expired.
One more big bug they have is, they show the bus operators in the list which buses are not running also. I personally experienced this.
Once I was trying to book a bus with one bus operator through abhibus, just that time I came to know, that bus operator is not running bus on the selected dates, I called the bus operator directly, he told they stopped this service, but still that is showing in the abhibus list and accepting booking also.
How negligent these abhibus people are. What is the situation of the passengers who book the tickets for bus operator which are not in service.
My suggestion is please don’t get attracted to the cashback offers they provide and get cheated.
