Horrific and pathetic travell experience

This is regarding an urgent issue I faced an experience with abhibus and neugo


I am writing with my deep disappointment frustration & horrible experience with the misguidance and reckless behavior exhibited by bus staff during my recent travel experience. On 23th dec, 2024 I had booked a ticket for the Haridwar to noida sector 52 from kashyap ashram.


Upon arriving at the designated boarding point, I was provided with incorrect information by Neugo staff. As a result, I missed boarding the bus, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans.


I had got a incorrect message from neugo with its bus number & pnr which I will be sharing with a screenshot

When the bus came at around 1 am the bus driver denied me entry to bus saying this is not the bus & said there is no bus after this


As this a very pathetic thing having given wrong information by the bus operator so i was left with nothing but to wait there with severe cold and none of neugo customer care helped their only work was to put me hold and i was in hold for almost half n hour


The next time i called i was again put in hold


They are not refunding my whole money & i have lost as I have to book a cab from there


It was so pathetic experience that I am never going to book from abhibus and going to file a complaint of fraud to both abhibus and neugo


Pathetic how they have kept me in nowhere but in severe cold how careless these people are


Horrible and pathetic


It is responsibility of you people but your customer care also just said we will look into the matter but nothing happened


I firmly believe that I am entitled to compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by the misguidance and reckless behavior of your staff. Therefore, I want refund the bus plus the alternate bill of the journey ( includiing tolls 2570) i did with the cab plus the compensation of distress and waiting in cold as i got fever and vomiting after standing there in severe cold as gesture of goodwill and to ensure that justice is served.
