I experienced this 2 times. I booked tickets Hyderabad to machilipatnam and machilipatnam to Hyderabad. I booked Gowtham tarvels and Sri. K.V.R travels. Due to change in the plan I thought of cancelling the ticket (2 days in advance). But surprisingly they are not eligible for cancellation. The reason they are saying that travel partner don’t have cancellation policy. Then I spoke to travel partner ( Sri. K.V.R travels and Gowtham) , they said we dont have any such terms and conditions. You can do cancellation and asked me to reach out to Abhibus. Abhibus is also saying same thing. I can share the ticket details if needed.
