I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conditions on my recent journey with Abhi Bus on [date of journey]. I encountered multiple issues that made the trip extremely uncomfortable and disappointing:
Water Leakage: There was a significant water leakage issue in the bus, causing discomfort throughout the journey.
Cockroaches on Bed: I found cockroaches on the bed, which is a serious hygiene concern and made it impossible to rest properly.
Damaged Curtain Rod: The curtain rod was damaged, which affected privacy and added to the overall discomfort.
Unwashed Bedsheets: The bedsheets provided were clearly unwashed and appeared dirty, adding to the unhygienic conditions.
This experience has been one of the worst I have encountered while traveling. I trust that you will take these issues seriously and address them promptly.
