Where is the Abhi Assured explaning plan change?

We want booking 25th date. Date is wrong. So we call customers care. Because Abhi Assured is told 100% Plan Change. Where mentioning us 6 hour before should be change than can do??? When we r booking time also, pay time also can not found this mention.


IF They are tell us cancel option is there that is I UNDERSTAND. But why Abhi Assured is not white CANCEL. WHY WHITE 100% plan change???


IF ANY OPPSION TO CHANGE THE PLAN PART IS THERE PLS SHOW THIS.


IS THIS not chiting??? customer care also not correct information giving. They told Just try call bus person. Or call conformtkt. Comformtkt is told that is power of Abhibus should call Abhibus. Bus driver also told that is Can do only there system. Just Now Costumer care told before 6 hour anly can change. Where is mentioning this???? We want change the date. NOT CANCEL.


Now we want know how they are working this ploblem and wating they answer.

Nonetheless, we would want to inform you that for a ticket to be booked/modified the minimum time that would be required is 6 hours prior to the bus start time and hence the ticket could not be cancelled.
