I had a bus at 1428 ksrtc there was 49 seats at night I booked when I tried for make payment it was showing error the next day it was 14seats left I tried booking same problem occurred I called customer service they put my call in hold n never answered me then it came upto two seats I thought I’ll book it when I’m riding I was halfway to the departure place it was 2 seat left I tried it showed same problem I called customer care they gave me wrong information telling there r many seats I rushed to departure place thinking that I can atlst book there then I called customer service to ask about the bus n their like the bus is canceled. I waited in departure place for 5 hours for next bus I was a girl n stayed in majestic for 5 hours alone the fault is customer service lie just to cut the call
