She always guided us from time to time on what documents were needed, how to go about our Ielts test and desired score and all other requirements from time to time. We are indeed grateful to Ms Jaya who has gone out of her way to help us achieve our dreams, today after a year and three months of running around and following up, we have finally received our Visa to fly to Canada and apply for PR. She not only is very professional but understands customer service and is very efficient and humble in her approach. Especially during the covid period her help was invaluable.
