I’ve had two contrast experience at abhiruchi. One being good and other being a bad one.
My first visit was when I was looking for quick snack and I was actually waiting for my friend. So I had 20 minutes till my friend came so I sat in this restaurant. I ordered for pav bhaji and it was delivered to me within 10 minutes. That was impressive looking at the number of people that they were serving in such a small place.
The taste of the pav bhaji was awesome and it was made of the best ingredients available in the market. I made up my mind that if I ever get the mood of having pav bhaji in Bhandup then Abhiruchi has to be the place from where I would have it. The cost was similar to other restaurants!
Now coming to my second bad experience. I ordered for missal pav and it was not tasting good so I informed the manger out there that I didn’t like the taste and there was something fishy. He responded in a very rude manner that it’s totally fine and everyone has the same pav bhaji but they never complian.
They have lost their one valuable customer in me. If he hadn’t had spoke so rudely maybe I would have got over missal pav bad experience and gone there just for pav bhaji but it’s a strict no!
I would not recommend this place to anyone and if your ready to eat any kind of food then you can visit this place.
