Only one person can take Big B’s place that’s no one but who would be suitable for the crown , if not including the Khan’s it would sure be Abhishek Bachchan whose out of nowhere success has topped the year 2005 along with his dad .
Abhishek bachchan who was first spotted in the Filmfare award function standing and guarding his mother and standing shoulder to shoulder to Big B . Abhishek was born on 5th feburary 1976 , he started his schooling in Bombay Scottish School , where John Abraham also was completing his schooling during the same period , they might have seen each other atleast once but never would have thought they would Co-Star in a super-hit movie. Abhishek completed his graduation in Switzerland and returned to India after doing couple of Mass Communication courses . He wanted to do buisness in the U.S but later changed his mind and concentrated on his acting insticts from his Legendary Dad .
Abhishek returned India and with a hope that he would be as glorified and loved like his Dad from the audience of the country , So Junior B signed up JP Dutta’s Refugee this was also the debut of Kareena Kapoor , the film turned out to be an average grosser Junior B was not able to Show up to the expectations though his acting talent was fine but not as good as Big B , there was another reason his debut was failure because there was another actor who made a debut that year and struck the Box Office like a tsnumai that person was none another than Hrithik Roshan . Junior B dissapointed a lot of people and producers because his debut lead to the birth of lot of dictators who would often compare Big B and Junior B . This lead to a mental stress of the actor that made him choose wrong films at the wrong time and led to the expected series of flops such as Run , Om Jai Jagdish , Rakth , Zameen , Mumbai Se Aaya Mera Dost , Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon , Desh , Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya , Shararat , Bas Itna Sa Khwaab Hai , Tera Jadoo Chal Gaya , Dhai Akshar Prem Ke enough was enough it was almost cemented by the critcs that he would never ever make it huge in Bollywood and would never ever good as his dad in his dreams too , This took one hell out of Abhishek .
Then came up the very sensitive Phir Milenge , the movie turned out to be an average grosser but Abhishek potrayed his part with the highest caliber that anyone else could , his movie Yuva was an average grosser but made him win the hearts of the critcs all around and he won the Filmfare for the best Supporting Actor .
Then started his Good Time Abhishek gave a supe-hit DHOOM along with actor John Abraham . His shot to fame was not much expected till 2005 came up and Abhishek Bachchan gave away the biggest hit of the year Bunty Aur Babli , his potration of the character of Bunty was was nothing less than outstanding and was considered his best performance ever till Sarkar showed up in the Summer this movie was another feather to Junior B ’s 6 year old hat waiting for feathers , his performance in the movie along with Big B and K.K were critically acclaimed and were considered one the best multi -starrer performance of 2005 . His relationship with Babli urf Rani Mukherjee has been always in the news the desire of Big B wanting Rani to be his Bahu but Jaya Bachchan wants Ash to be his bahu after ASH-VIVEK break up . Then came DUS which looked quite similar to DHOOM but the movie went to be an average grosser because its Title Song’s Video was the biggest hit of the year and saved the movie from bombing because the Music Sales were super hit . Then people thought he had enough of fame till Bluffmaster sowed up which didn’t bluffed the critics which did not like the movie much but the movie went on house full it went from an average to a hit and the a super hit due to its huge album sales including the season’s biggest sound track Right Here Right Now topping all charts starring Junior B himself .
Abhishek has got a very bright future and the expectations are very high from him now and we must be sure that he doesn’t bluff us anymore.
