While I was looking for a pre school for my 2.4 year old son, I had the following options based on the proximity to home. Euro kids, Prathama and Abhyas Montessori school. Though the first two schools were very professional they lacked the personal touch which I found at Abhyas. The teacher was kind and receptive. I was allowed a trial run and the pay environment and the tools used for teaching were great. The place is fairly new and thus does not have a great strength. Though this is a deterrent for many parents I thought it was good since my son received personal care and attention. The fee is also reasonable and not exorbitant like the other two schools. The Montessori method of teaching is very much hands on. I also find that this place encourages a lot of observational learning and emphasizes a lot on study of natural objects like leaves, insects etc. The place is clean and is well lit.
