I have been using this card almost an year, never encountered any problems. When you callup the customer care, they provide prompt suggestions (ofcourse the pain is to go through the detailed menu..)
I got both debit & credit cards. I was very much thrilled on their service about their doorstep banking.. they came to my office and picked up the letter which is of change of address request. The payments can be done online and hastlefree. Only problem is the annual fee, though many international banks are providing lifetime free card, ABN still charges annually. I got trapped on this. One executive insisted me to take the card as it is life time free, but in real it is free for the first year.
