I have seen a transaction in my statement called YESS FEE for Rs. 75/- charged by ABN Amro Bank. When I called the customer care they claim that this is for sending transaction updates.
They claim that Note about this charge collection was mentioned in earlier statements. If we dont want this charge to be levied we should call the customer care and inform them that we dont want this.
It means they charge the customer anything on the credit card and place a note somewhere in the statement saying if the customer does not want they have to call and tell the bank. These are unlawful and bad practices of making money. Particulary, this bank management encourages and introduces such practices to make money.
This bank has very poor customer care service. You cannot find an option to talk to customer care in the voice menu option. You should find the option very tactfully unlike other bank. Even then you should wait for more than 10 to 15 minutes. The most worst customer care. Better to avoid this card usage. Planning to reedem the reward points and cancel the card. Suggest the same to all others.I have to give poor rating only to this product because that is the least.
