I am a gold card holder and I received a call from the credit card section that there is a offer and I can upgrade my gold card to titanium card for free and there is no charges for that and titanium card dosent attracts any annual fees.
After receiving the card I called up customer care for activating the card and while speaking with the executive I again enquired about the charges or any annual fee. He said that yes there are charges but when I said that this was offerred me for free and it was said that there will be no annual fees etc then he checked the systems and said yes there is no charges but after that he was unable to activate the card as his system was working slow.
Again when I today called up customer care for activating the titanium card the executive was saying that there is a charge of rs. 5000 for activating this card. I was surprised to know that and I asked him not to activate that,
Can anyone tell me what was all this. and customer care systems is so faulty that I got disconnected 4 times before reaching the credit card section and around 1 hr time was wasted to sepak with their executive.
Also I got a message from them that your credit card limit is reduced to rs 5000 without stating any reason and it was mentioned that to know reason call customer care, .
GOD knows what they are doing .?
