Recently I have taken ABN AMRO Freedom card and utilised for 2 times.
When I enquired about the card and its features the Executive revealed that 50 days is the credit period, but when I received the statement the interest has been leived, for clarification purpose
i called upon the customer service but they keep customer in waiting for long time saying that YOU ARE VALUABLE TO US thinking that customers are fools having no work except calling the customer service they never response immediately and for the sake of RS.50/- I had to loose Rs.20/- by waiting on phone for the Executives response, but they never turn up and again the same old foolish message that YOU ARE OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMER.
First try to know the value of time as well as customers time, and try to improve the customer service and try to respond immediately.
