I have Credit Card of ABN AMRO Bank; I was not using that card. One day a bank Executive call me & told me that we are upgrading urs card to GOLD then after you get the cash back, no extra charges on patrol & you will get the Rs.200 cash back on 1st transaction on your card & Rs. 6000 loan on this card. I said no for loan. Then he told me that: this is only for activation of you card. You will deposit Rs 6000+ Rs78 extra on 1st bill.
My card is updated in gold & they currier me the Draft of Rs.6000. as per commitment.
When I got 1st bill, I call the customer care & told them I want to deposit the entire loan. They told me you need to deposit Rs.6000 + Rs400. I explain the full offer detail to them which was told me.
They denied any such offer & told me that you have to pay the interest of that amount. I want to log as case against the ABN Executive who cheated me, the give me complained no- 08021300242. But there is no action taken & I am still paying the interest of that amount
My HUMBLE request to all of you please do not use the ABN AMRO Credit Card.
Can I take the any legal against them, please advice?
