I am a gold credit card memeber of ABN Amro. Surprisingly their attitude is so good that despite my repeated reminders I have not recieved my account statement for last 3 months. They dont let me talk to seniors and nothing is moving.
I am still sending them reminders and still for christ sake nothing seems to work. They will put u on hold for as long as they like, they take u for ride.
No one cooperating, they are charging me unjustified money and charges. The front desk is very rude and callous and not cooperative at all.
