Going through all these comments, I would say yes they are true. This is the worst card to have and do business with these people is a PJ(pathetic joke).
Even I have been though similar experience. Where I was charged for some offer on my card, even without my consent. But the more interesting fact was I never received that specific bill in mail.
I received the next bill with late fee and my transaction amount. After a heated argument with the call center person the offer amount was reversed but not the cummulative late fees on the offer. I had made several calls to the company but they never came back with a proper bill.
I wonder how come such kind of lose moral companies are allowed to do business in our country? Is these really no action that can be taken against them? Please let the forum know, if there is any way these duffers can be teached a lesson.
