I got a sudden call from nowhere and asked for someone to get my form filled and submitted. Everything went very well. There were minimum enquiry calls and it also took a very few number of days to receive the card. This card was the best in every aspect what a normal person would expect. Fuel can be purchased from any pump without surcharge and with a minimum of Rs. 100/-. There statements came very quickly and could be accessed though SMS also. Initially they never disturbed customers so as to induce with schemes but to get ahead of others and for personal profits, they have also started disturbing now and then with their schemes. They might not have many exciting freebies but overall it’s ok. However it did not give me a good credit limit initially. Another most important discredit of this card is that they have very few ATMs or drop boxes around different corners of the city and one may have travel a lot of distance to drop their cheques. They have a facility of receiving cheques through postal mails but who will trust that the mail will reach in time or not. Remember all of a sudden you may find something levied or your card upograded to say a Gold card etc but for that you will be charged a huge amount of fees, that also, they may impose on your statement, even after your refusing to go for it. What’s next, fight to get it reversed or your annual membership reversed or request to cancel the upgraded or existing your card. You will succeed after a few hassles; but to avoid this situation you have to be very careful by going through each and every statement. They don’t upgrade existing members or waive their annual fees forever but provide gold life time free cards.
As I did not use my card for a year being transferred abroad and as their card did not have any netbanking payment facility, it automatically got cancelled. However, by this I got relived of requesting them for reversals
