WEll I dont know about you guys! but am tormented with small problems.
One of them is - generating a T PIN which refrains you from the tiring verification process. Over a period of ONE year, nearly 20 times I have called them and they have not been able to generate the T PIN number for me.
Secondly the rewards points. Its missing for a transaction of nearly 25000 for me. Ideally it should have been 250 * 2 = 500 points but it has not been credited despite regular reminders.
It has been a disappointing customer service that I have seen.
PATHETIC is the exact word!!!!!
Another problem has been with ABN AMRO bank home loan, they deducted 500 as late fee despite me giving them checks in advance. And when I asked them, there is no answer. I emailed to Nagender Gadam in the Bangalore branch, but that guy simply refuses to acknowledge.
