Can there be a better excuse to waste a customers time .... it has to be ABN Amro . The so called bank which has launched the All smiles home loan is actually All cries harassing customers a/c .
The TV advertisement shows an ABN as a pro customer bank , but the fact is that it plays between the builder and the customer .It makes the builder feel that the customer is delaying the release and makes the customer feel that the builders work progress is slow and therefore release is slow .
When IDBI takes 4 days to release the full amount ABN takes 3 months to do and that too with a lot of nerve racking follow up . The builder will do according to the money is released . ABN takes its own time and tells the customer that the builder is slow . Guess who is caught in between .
Never gave me a copy of the Tripartite agreement
Never gave me copies of any money release communication or tax deduction eligibility letters
The only document is a one page sanction letter for the loan
Are we living in a age of customer slavery or customer empowerment
They are a bunch of lies and deception in the home loan section . Can somebody forward this warning to the people you know are deciding between home loans , let them not fall into the trap of a ABN home loan , you will loose it after sometime
