ABN AMRO has the worst ATM service one can come think of... ATM network down for most of the time, if you try to use 10times atleast 6time you will have to come and try again... Then I prefer to use UTI’s network to take out money... Then you will find the hot lines in the ATM not working and at time you will not even find the phone there...
Phone service has long hold time but represetives are very helpful and polite no doubt... And the Web server is also too slow, I am sure of my internet speed it is 126KPBS. I am using this bank for last 2yrs or so and very unhappy with the overall services provided by them, If I did not had a salary account with them I would have stoped the services long back... I am sure for one thingh if I leave this company(my current job) I will surely close down my savings account with ABN AMRO.*
