I talked to customer executive for giving wrong feedback at the time of filling application for credit card and please cancell my card, till date after 10 months I am getting statements and I have not used my card even once.Even now I have recd. a new renewed card, this kind of service no one can expect from MNC bank.Even I gave this feedback through mail but yet to recieve any call from bank.The representative says card is free but when we get I st statement it will show the fee and then it is your duty to fight with bank for cancellation.This is really ridiculous. Bank must take action against those who gives wrong information to customer for just to sell the card I was being told that the agency rep. must have given you wrong feedback but as a customer we know him as a rep. of ABN AMRO and thus the bank has to take the responsibilty of this and make sure that no one should give wrong information.
