I had my account with the bank here in Dubai for twi years and I was very pleased with their services. Not too many branches but good costumer service. Its an average bank for corporate banking. Lately they entered into smart card credit ATM cards with not too much success as no smartcard ATM’s are available here. Also I feel they also kept their image for high profile costumers. I hope this isnt in India.
Please check for the branches near your place. Their are very few here in Dubai.
