Worst Bank Ever

My advice to those who was planning to apply for ABN AMRO Credit Card is "don’t even think about it".   They are the worsest.   They have worsest customer service.   Even after cancellation of the card, they will not confirm it and after some months, they send you the statement of charges even if you have not used your card after cancellation (in fact you would have cut the card and sent it to them for cancellation).


The customer serivice is really undecirable, they have a bunch of uneducated buff it seems, each and every time you have to repeat yourself for them to understand us.   By the way you need to wait at least 15 minutes every time at least to speak to them.


They have their marketing people keep on calling you for various offers like lifetime free, etc. and they say you dont have to pay anything but to your surprise you will be charged for it without your knowledge.


My experience with abn amro is worsest.   I have at least 5 other bank’s credit card, I didnt experience that much problem with other cards like I had with abn amro.


My humble request to you all is please, please do not apply for ABN AMRO credit card even if they it is lifetime free and even gives you money to apply it.
