I bought a pair of shoes from abof and my experience was not good.
I bought the shoes of size 7 but they delivered size 9 shoes which was way too long for my foots.
The delivery was on time, within a week but the packet was tempered on its way but the courier service didn’t acknowledge that.
I was frustrated with both abof and myself because of the choice I made.
I call their support but the staff had no courtesy and hardly listen to my grievances and told me to call after sometime.
I call them after an hour and this I made sure they listen to me and acknowledge my problem.
Thankfully they did and my request for refund was forwarded to the concerned department.
It has been 45 days now and I am still waiting for my refund as they no longer accepting my calls or mails.
