I’m not into management neither interested in it. Thinking about it, at one point or the other in your career we need to get goin, we cannot stay in the same cader forever, we need to start building other skills so as to be successful in whatever job we do. On that context I think that mangement is a skill which I think everyone at one point of the time would need to develop. Well the above sentence contradicts my first sentence rite. here it is let me put it this way. whatever position we may be in currently we cannot stay this way forever, for getting up the ladder we need to develop managerial skills.
