I am currently studying in hyderabad and have atleast went to this place three times and its my personal favorite.
the food there is very delicious initially you will be served with barbecued paneer and mushroom if you are vegetarian and chicken and prawns if you are a non vegetarian then afterwards there are many other starters beside barbecued stuff. Afterwards there is a full main course along with many appetizers like fruits, cakes, sweets and custom made ice-creams.
the ambience of the place is very good and the whole place looks very beautiful and there is a bar inside the restaurant which gives it a very good look.
the customer service is very good probably as the waiters probably have commission for each table. they are very polite in asking orders and always keeps track if you need anything or not. but at the end if your meal they mostly ask you to write a review of the restaurant with the name of the person serving the food so that they can get some commission.
I would say that value of the money ok, as you get a buffet for Rs. 650-750 also you get an early bird discount if you book the table on phone early and they also have a complimentary beer in the buffet.
