A great disappointment with AB on my kid’s Birthday!
I had a booking for 11th April which was booked on 10th April and had a confirmation for 8 people including my kids. We had this booked to celebrate my kid’s birthday.
When we reach the restaurant they simply said my booking is not confirmed.
The restaurant also verified the call conversation I had with the customer care people and simply said "We are really sorry sir." and unfortunately the restaurant is completely occupied and we were not provided with a table.
We had to return home with a great disappointment.
