Please don’t go to ABT Maruti for any new cars, Only the first two meetings will be good by there sales person, once you book then they take you for a ride
My story is the worst I booked a ritz vdi on full cash payment
1) They didn deliver it on promised date
2) I took delivery 4 days later after it was ready, took delivery on a Sunday in a very shabby condition. I took my car with news paper on the floor instead of floor mats ( could any one imagine)
3) Half of the accessories which I paid in advance is not put saying no stock and it is been two weeks I still waiting for re fund
4) after complaint they asked me to bring the car on one Saturday saying they will wash and do spl polishing, though they did half way I realised my USB, perfume bottles are missing.
Still no response for the same.
Guys, still I am not able to come out of the treatment I received from these guys.
