One word for #Acacia Palm Resorts at Colva, Goa is **AVOID**.
a) Almost 60% of the rooms have balconies facing other(opposite) rooms balconies few feet away. As a result, such rooms cannot have the luxury of keeping their windows open without compromising on the privacy. Surprised at the layout of the property, never seen something like this.
b) Food - non-Goan regular fare. However, hygiene is far from desirable. Even a plain simple salt sprinkler had hair inside it. Food is costly - which explains the empty restaurant for most of the time.
c) The place has no parking - guest cars are to be parked outside. And if the Hotel has offered its property for parties - there wont be any parking for the in-house staying guests at the parking space outside the hotel.
*Conclusion - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID**.
Most astonishing was why a reputed brand like #clubmahindra is associated with this property. Probably it is also heading southwards and looking for ways and means of drastic cost cutting ans as a result compromising on quality. If that is the case, prospective customers should also think multiple times before signing up Club Mahindra.
