They are Just Frauster. A Fraud Company. Bad Environment. Salary not on Time. Employees have to waits for salary for months. Old Employees Salary is still pending for 2-3 Months, Still they have not cleared it.
The CEO - Rahul Jain just Barks like a Dog on the Employees. No sense of talking to the Employees. The Director Namitha doesn’t have manners to talk to people.
The Delivery Manager - Kaustabh Chakravorty always shouts at the Employees. He doesn’t have technical knowledge and shows like he know everything. He claims himself as Company boss and tells he have given the rights to handle the Employees and assign them work. He doesn’t know SAP. No Project Management in the Company.
Those who are there are unlucky who don’t believe in themselves and have no self confidence. and do not have courage to test themselves in outer world.
Friends never join this company and don’t even think of it. They are bad persons.
Advice to the Company: Have some ethics. you have to give answer someday.
