I m currently working as SE in Accenture pune.it was my first appraisal as I hv joined as a lateral.today I got my rating just now.I was on bench for4mnth then I got Intesa project in mgrpatta wrst project for 2mnths.n after that I m in my current Allianz project.mgrpatta ppl HV evaluated me n gave me rating 4 and you kno for wat because I have raised my voice against supervisor as he hitted my chair and many times did torturing and when I asked for rolloff they have given me this rating.now wen its any1’s first appraisal it shud b at least default whether DAT prsn is brilliant or dumb.and if you will talk about me, you can think abt my performance by hearing my current manager’s words those were just resign.
I was the dev R2 developer.but by seeing my work current manager have moved me into production developers team. Now you can think what kind of people you can meet in Accenture.no1 cares about ur performance its just about either u shud b marathi if ur TL is marathi or shud nt raise ur voice agnst anything wthr it is making u uncomfortable or annoying.thanks Accenture for making me realize that dream companys are not exactliy dream company.
