This company has the bad recruitment team. I attended walk-in interview, that was my first time. I completed the process of submitting my resume. I waited for their call sitting in hot sun. But even after 3 hours, they had not called my name. When I enquired about it, I got to know that my resume was misplaced. Again I submitted and waited for another 1 hour.
At last my time came after an hour and I gave my 1st round of hr interview. I got through that. I was waiting for 2nd round with manager for almost another hour. But that manager was not there. So attended after one week for 2nd round. That time, they said I’m selected and collected all my documents. I had to talk about my salary, for which they said they will call. But even till date, I haven’t received any call from them. When I asked they said, project is on hold.
This is the way they perform. Very bad company.
