I recently joined accenture couple of months back. I was recruited for DotNet work later on shifted into some share point project direct drom Dev to support project by my manager who had made some false promises like onsite, gud technology, etc.. at the expense of working in early morng shifts.
Later on that shift shifted to 3am in the night which according to them was early morngg..., I objected , left that project and offcourse they rated us bad.. so bad that I wont be able to survive long.. (Mr. N B... this is for u... Ass**)
anyways one lesson to learn from this.., do not have faith in Senior managers here they can play with ur career simply for no reason...
variable pay is upto 18%..., , BUT if ur undergoing some training sessions, or ur on bench, etc.. inshort for all these days expect 0% variable component... :)
Also hell lot of compulsory training, sessions-virtual+classroom u need to attend that too mostly on all weekends so in short u work in Accenture sacrificing ur personal life.
Also if u work and or attned trainings in weekend.. they wld not allow any compoffs but merely 300Rs... a day... saying thats what we worth off..
again their office locations far off.., , half of the ppl in the company with mere knowledge at their level..., ... again their bench policy very bad it wld almost ruin ur carrer..., u need to clear hell lot of certifications at ur expense... again, , , fuc** managers are always besides u to belittle ur morale...
again job security no way.. especially for Consultants.. its like a nightmare cmng.. every 15 days u wld receive a mail that ur last date in Accenture is so ...
anyways my suggestion to all of... AVOID ACCENTURE..
