One of my friend who was working in accenture, hyderabad referred me to the company for a specific vacancy and I got a call from them to schedule an interview and they asked all the documents even before appearing in the interview but as it is a big brand name i trusted and submitted all the required documents. They scheduled my interview on saturday in April, 2016 at 9 AM. The process took too long around whole day and they selected some candidate after 2 rounds of interview. They did salary discusion and everything on the same day and again asked to submit some documents. After 3, 4 days i got a call that I was selected and they were in the process of preparing the offer to me. Again they asked me to submit the same documents on a portal and on email also. I submitted all the documents and in portal they chnged the status to offer letter pending. After that I did not get any call from their end for 2 months so i thought it is better to call them and I did so but hr told me that the offer letter is not in his hand and it may take up to 2-3 months but I would surely get offer soon. 6 months passed and there was no call and on portal the same status as offer letter pending. I mailed them call them. Even i mailed to the escalation team but no response from them then I came to know that Accenture usually does this to many candidate and never release offer letter.
It was worst experience of mine with any other employer. I dont know then why the are collecting documents this many time if they are not gonna release any offer letter.
Worst company. Even if in future I get a chance to work in this company I wont agree at any cost.
