Accenture Bench.
The number is quite huge now as many new joiners and existing employees are on bench. The worst part of this is the procedure these employees has to follow.
1.Come to office everyday, sign attendance sheet twice a day !!!
Even there is no work assigned as you are in bench do more than 7 to 8hrs of trainings, crap work.
Also people are forced to take up whichever project is available, even if that doesn’t suit them
Employees are forced to transfer to other city locations.
On refusing they are given warning letters.
So is this a good sign for the IT sector?
