Yes that’s the correct description for this company. They have even started using Karnataka government name to sell their product. But what ever they say they are basically thief who is trying to get your money. After getting money they will be gone. If lucky you may get the card. even if you get the card it wont be useful. It will not work anywhere.
Don’t fall in this trap. I am trying to communicate this to everyone possible. Hope on one else get into this trap. If anyone want please start searching in Google you can see more reviews about it saying the same.
