Dear Incharge,
I am writing this in extreme disdain. For the last 3+ months, I have been waiting for a spare part- coil of the AC. I was told that it will be arranged in~3 days and I have never heard back, despite several follow-ups.
The response from the team continues to be dilly-dally and my car, standing from months, has moved into a non-working condition.
I hope this review reaches someone sensible and they mend their ways. Honda used to be a good company until a few years ago; but it seems that because of the heavy traffic, and budget category cars, the customer support has been completely compromised.
Please help.
