I sent my car to ACE Honda for service.
My car was fine and had no problems at that time. When I got my car back, it was producing sound when I was pressing accelerator.
When I told driver that why is this sound coming when it was not there in morning, he said eh doesn’t know anything and I can call agency. When I called they told me that they will pick car again to see what problem it is. When I sent it to them, they said that my engine is making noise and they need to open engine and see everything which will cost at least Rs. 75, 000(+ taxes).
I was very upset at it and told them that I didn’t have this problem in morning. They denied and said that it they cannot do anything. They have called me again many times for feedback and when I told the problem . they said that I need to get engine overhauled and didn’t offer any explanation that how come I got noise in engine when it was not there in morning before they picked it up for service.
These guys are big fraud. They spoil your car so that you end up paying more when you get it repaired from them.I will never even dare to think of sending my car to them. Either you find a trusted mechanic or go to a different agency of Honda is my advice.
